I have Garciburn brand 95% HCA. My bottle says take 2 capsules once a day 30 mins before meal. I usually eat a light breakfast then bigger meal for lunch and dinner. Do I take both capsule together before breakfast or should I take one before lunch and one before dinner…what would be the most effective.
