I tried a different brand of Garcinia Cambodia and it made me nauseated. Didn’t have high hopes for this one, was just desperate and wanted to give it another try since there is so much hype about GC. Reviews convinced me. This product exceeded all of my expectations. Two pills in the morning woke me up better than coffee. Definitely felt increase of energy throughout the day. In combination with Apple Cider and CLA started seeing good results. Ran out of the bottle and wanted to try another brand that had more ingredients. Big mistake! Made me nauseated and gave cramps. So purchased this one again in a hurry and keep seeing pleasant results. With addition of hot creme and neoprene pants my mid section shrunk two sizes in 1.5 months. Very surprised as it usually takes a lot more effort and time. I do eat a sensible diet and exercise on and off. Bottom line: highly recommend!!!!!

I have Garciburn brand 95% HCA. My bottle says take 2 capsules once a day 30 mins before meal. I usually eat a light breakfast then bigger meal for lunch and dinner. Do I take both capsule together before breakfast or should I take one before lunch and one before dinner…what would be the most effective. I wasn’t sure if I should take both capsules together or should split between meals

I have only taken this for one day, but I already noticed a difference. I feel like I have more energy (without making me feel jittery), and I am definitely not as hungry. It arrived quickly, an was exactly as described. Would recommend, especially for the price! Will plan to update this review after I’ve had more time to try it for a longer period!
You really need to read the label. Many brands are pushing inferior products. If they don’t show you the label, chances are they are trying to push you some crappy, useless stuff and don’t want you to realize it until you take it and don’t get any results.
You might want to set aside 4 hours a day in order to exercise: 2 2-hour sessions, broken up in the middle with a break. If you need any motivation, just thinking of all the weight you’re saying goodbye to and the fabulous body that you’ll be welcoming in no time flat. Good luck!
Other than this obvious reason, you are better off taking Garcinia Cambogia to avoid gastric discomfort that would occur due to reactions with some food items. You simply want to avoid an unexpected supplement-food interaction.
Take in fewer calories than you burn in a day. That’s the whole secret to weight loss. And while the theory may be simple, the practice is really hard. One pound is equivalent to 3,500 calories, and to lose 10 pounds in seven days you’ll need to lose about 1.4 pounds, or burn about 5,000 calories each day.
In a very small study, women who were overweight were given garcinia cambogia extract or a placebo for 60 days. Triglyceride levels of the participants getting garcinia cambogia decreased by almost one-third. Triglycerides are a type of fat in blood and high levels may raise a person’s risk of developing heart disease. The participants’ HDL (the “good” cholesterol), LDL (the “bad” cholesterol), total cholesterol, and body weight didn’t change.

Other names include pashanabhedi, Indian coleus, makandi, HL-362, NKH477, and mao hou qiao rui hua. As with other members of the large diterpene family of natural products, forskolin is derived from geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate (GGPP). Forskolin contains some unique functional elements, including the presence of a tetrahydropyran-derived heterocyclic ring. Forskolin is a commonly used material in laboratory research to increase levels of cyclic AMP by stimulation of adenylate cyclase.

Asthma, a condition in which airways become inflamed and swollen, is another condition historically treated by forskolin. It turns out that these benefits are very real indeed. Traditionally, asthma is treated by steroidal inhalers or cromoglicic acid, a non-steroidal inhaler, as well as various anti-inflammatory drugs and bronchodilators — the latter of which is used for emergency treatment to open airways during an asthma attack.
Later that year, a second human study conducted at Baylor University and published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition was conducted with 23 mildly overweight women. They were given the same dosage as the men in the first study, also for a 12-week period. (2)
