Hey Melvina, it sounds like you are not eating enough food!!!! If you are eating small foods ONLY two times per day, you have more than likely shut down your metabolism. You see, your body is very smart and the moment you drop you calories way too low, your body compensate but burning less calories so you wont lose any weight. Its like you have put your body in starvation mode and so your body is holding on to a much fat as possible to make up for the LACK of nutrition that you should give your body from food.
